Understanding International Business Cultures – en Español
Last month, McCord Consulting Group facilitated a workshop entitled “Servicio al cliente para equipos”. This three-hour workshop was facilitated completely in Spanish for a Panamanian law firm. The client wanted to make sure their staff was providing exceptional customer services to their growing international client base. McCord Consulting Group was uniquely positioned to provide this facilitation as it has an understanding of how Panamanians do business, it understands how U.S. business is conducted, and it understands how to teach teams to navigate these cultural differences. Speaking to the staff in their primary language, Spanish, allowed for McCord Consulting Group to not only provide best practices, but answer any and all questions raised by staff. This interactive session allowed staff to work both individually and in teams, providing stronger team camaraderie and collaboration.
