Colorado’s Business Community meets the Tropics of Panamá
Last month, I joined the Biennial of America’s Summit in Panamá. It was a great event and it was nice to catch up with Colorado business friends and make new ones. The Summit is such a great event because, not only does it bring together Colorado businesses and nonprofits, but it also creates cultural and business bridges between Colorado and the city that the Summit visits.
I walked away from the Summit with the words of Zaneta Kelsey in my mind. During the panel “Ecosystems of Innovation“, she said that she chose to build Access Mode in Colorado over other states because of the can-do spirit of the Colorado business community. We’re problem solvers. We pass laws, we create industries, we provide solutions to gnarly questions. It was nice to spend time with Colorado, Panamanian, and even Costa Rican business minds as we explored avenues of collaboration.
